T F Jones was established by Mr Thomas Francis Jones and began trading in 1975; T F Jones Property Services Ltd was incorporated in 2005 and is now managed by Mark Jones and his sister Tanya Jones the son & daughter of Thomas Jones who are both working directors of the company.

T F Jones currently employs more than 30 employees who live locally, Mark and Tanya are proud of the way the business has grown, and believe that by understanding out clients business and forming good working relationships enables us to achieve success together.

T F Jones Property Services Ltd is a property maintenance company with many year’s experience in responsive maintenance providing ongoing maintenance and refurbishment solutions to properties owned by our clients across the North West working to meet, and exceed or Client’s expectations. T F Jones operates a 24 hour emergency call out service and currently maintains over 6000 properties.
 

T F Jones has been fully focused on working in the social housing industry since 1985. We operate under framework agreements relating to the carrying out of repair and maintenance contracts for local RSLs working to strict service level agreements. T F Jones has also carried out larger one-off projects, including extensive office refurbishment, insurance repairs including flood and fire damage to properties,modernisation including new build and extensions to private dwellings across the North West.

T F Jones has over thirty well trained and committed staff, in which we invest in by both training and support to maintain a professional and committed work force. All of our 22 fully stocked vehicles are GPS tracker enabled. To this end we have, and continue to, make financial investment to the fabric of the business and the training of our staff.
